Alta Ztarbound S.A.I.L. Support Patch

As you can see, this mod fixes the incompatibility between My Enternia's S.A.I.L. and Ztarbound's S.A.I.L. interface.

First, to explain the cause: My Enternia's S.A.I.L. has built-in compatibility with Customizable A.I. through custom Lua scripts. These scripts remain unaffected by Ztarbound's Lua logic. Essentially, this mod resolves the conflict by deleting specific Lua paths related to that implementation.

Like my other patch ([OpenSB] Ztarbound S.A.I.L. All-in-One Race Support), this compatibility patch works with: Ztarbound, Ztarbound S.A.I.L. Standalone, and Frackin' Universe (FU)
Crucially, this patch does NOT require OpenStarbound as a prerequisite.
However, it explicitly requires My Enternia as a dependency.
