Description
A police patrol arrived on scene to stop a blood bank robbery but were out gunned and downed, so we've been called in to clean up.

There are at most 20 armed insurgents within the blood bank with medical hostages.

Their exact motive for the attack is yet to be determined but from medical records we know the insurgent leader has a rare blood type which can be hard to find.

No matter the reason the threat must be neutralised.
