Southern Hive Anti-Slavers

Makes the Anti-Slaver faction include southern hive characters for 2 reasons.

• It makes absolutely no sense that the Anti-Slavers who supposedly recruit exclusively from ex-slaves and those who desperately 'need help' are somehow finding skeletons to recruit regularly but choose not to recruit the occasional civilised southern hiver that the player character can come across in vanilla UC slave camps. This is made only weirder by the fact Anti-Slavers are in the unique position of being the only humanoids the Southern Hive is neutral with by default in-game instead of hostile, so if any faction could be trusted by a random Southern Hive exile it'd be them.
  
• I like Southern Hive and I want to recruit game breakingly strong ones and reason 1 is actually just a post hoc justification (read as copium).

N.B. the numbers of spawning are 1/3rd of the chance to spawn the western counterparts to keep them somewhat rare but I still made this mod to recruit them some-what easily.

I might do a version where they're weighted the same % chance as spawning as a UC slave later, but for now this is a quick dirty version of the mod.
