Welcome the 2013 Ford Explorer! HCSO loved the Explorer so much they kept buying them! Including the 2013 model year! Most of these have since been totaled and few remain in service, mostly as spares, this is due to the crime rate increase around the time of its inception and its standard use. Therefore it was there to see it all from bombings to mass shootings, car accidents, plane crashes, tower collapses FROM plane crashes, and everything else. Most of the fleet had been lost by 2018 but few still float around.
