The White Huns can now create puppet states.

I've always believed that diplomacy should be versatile.
Not being able to create puppet states for some factions makes diplomacy a bit incomplete.
And installing mods with a bunch of other functions in diplomacy, not always and not everyone is convenient and necessary.

Compatible with every mods.

Answer:
yes, as long as they don't use the same tables. But you can make sure of it yourself.

Answer:
Yes, of course. I'm only happy to get new ideas! Add as a friend here or in discord. I do not respond to requests for mods in the comments.

Can you remake someone else's work, restore an old mod, etc.?

No! Sorry I only do my own projects.
