Default Katana / MW2019 Anims

Description
Default Katana, but on MW2019: Katana.
I know that Zap2Strike made it before, but it's enhanced version which doesn't support re-skin's(he told it in comment's under his mod, if someone doesn't get it).
So that version support Katana re-skin's and re-model's.
