Just a character I designed casually :)

① Supports PM + NPC + ragdoll
② Supports ARC9

In case you don't know what "See No Evil" refers to:
An elite unit under the SCP Foundation, Mobile Task Force Eta-10 specializes in investigating, acquiring, and initially containing items or entities that exhibit visual cognitive hazards, visual memetic media, or other phenomena requiring indirect or alternative observation methods to ensure safe operations.
