This system allowing the commander to observe through the gunner's view and override gunner control by left-clicking in observe mode.
To exit gunner mode, click the button located below the surveillance center — otherwise, the gunner will be unable to regain control.

If you have fewer than six weapons, disconnect some wires connected to the signal_out output selector in the leftmost circuit box
