OWB - Traits For Everyone

Hello Frontpage viewers.
I don't know how it came to be, but I only made this mod because I was asked about it from multiple people for like a year until I gave in. Thanks for giving me the clout tho

A Traits for Everyone Mod extension for Old World Blues. Similarly to Traits For Everyone, it will change two things (As shown in the images):
  1. No Mutually Exclusive Traits anymore
  2. Enough Trait Slots for every single medal

I have not done extensive testing, other than quickly checking those two points.

Unfortunately it's not that simple to make it toggleable, some values are constants, meaning they can't be changed in-game and the mutually exclusive paths also can't be changed mid-game. So all I can advise is to just turn off the mod when necessary.

I think its should be switchable via decision, like No Special Forces mod, because AI goes insane with this mod toogled on. For example, both Ceasar and NCR got whooped by the Navajo, Lanius got killed by the Maxson Chapter and Texan Republic got defeated by the Lubock

Sweet, totally nails that Fallout feel. One tweak though: perks should get progressively more expensive as you pick them up within a specific tier. About time command resources :WarSmile: were spent wisely.
