The Last Prism is actually a prism now

I actually made this with pretty much no art knowledge at all, so it's likely pretty bad.

"Prism" here is specifically in terms of geometric prisms. I did some research on the term "prism" after already finishing the pack and found out that prisms in optics aren't always geometric prisms, but also I didn't want this to go to waste. So I guess it's now an "optic prism to geometric prism" conversion resource pack instead of just making a tweak to have a name be more correct because turns out it is in fact correct already
