Original Vortex Hopwire Effect

Description
Replaces the green particle effect of the Xen Grenade to the Blue Strider Muzzle/Vortex Hopwire particle effect from Half-Life 2.

(Also changes the zoom effect from it, from a splatter, to a circle.)
