Vortex Hopwire Behaviour

Description
Makes the Xen Grenade behave/function like the removed Hopwire weapon from Half-Life 2 Episode One.

Bug: For some odd reason, if you have only one ammo for the Xen Grenade, then you can't activate it when throwing it, you have to get ammo to activate it.

yeah, pretty much like a portable blackhole instead of a portable portal to xen.
