Wacky Trinkets [REP(+)]

Description
Are you sick of always having good trinkets ? I have the solution for you ! Here's 17 new wacky trinkets with unhelpful/wacky effects like Penny : Act just like a coin but it takes a trinket slot. Very useful indeed. Or Not Safety Scissors : Defuses all bombs, including yours.
Every trinket has a golden variant effects and External Item Descriptions support. Enjoy!

Hi there, got this error x56 in a cursed room after I opened a normal chest:
"MC_POST_BOMB_UPDATE" from "Penny" failed: ...of Isaac Rebirth/mods/wacky_trinkets_3517175631/main.lua:471: no member named 'FrameCount'
