Reworked Court Chaplain + Minor Fixes

!!! THIS MOD ONLY WORKS FOR ENGLISH AND SPANISH LOCALIZATION

This mod doesn't add anything. This mod just reworks how the game chooses what title a court chaplain uses given the liege's rank and religion/faith (eg.: "Matriarch", "Shaman", "Court Seer").

I made this mod with the idea of making it scalable, thus making it possible to create modular religion mods that can be both used together and separately.

As a bonus, it fixes some court chaplain titles that weren't working in basegame as intended (at least given the information in the localization files), namely:
- Dualism religion
- Finno-Urgic religion
- Magyarism religion
- Slavic religion
- Zunism religion
and the "the Anointed" nickname, whose description wasn't showing correctly.

If you're a mod developer interested in using it, you will find it well commented, and I'm always open to questions or ideas to make it work better :)
