Steve Drops TWWE

Description
When Stevari is killed, give the player the Tinker With Wands Everywhere perk.

Most players kill Steve so they can preserve the Holy Mountain and gain access to wand editing, but every time a new wand is obtained they have to make the trek all the way back to the Holy mountain. This mod aims to remove that tedium. Once Steve is defeated, you immediately unlock the Tinker with Wands Everywhere perk. The early game remains challenging, and you'll still have to make thoughtful decisions about what spells/wands to keep. But in the mid to late game when you have killed Steve, the tedium is gone. You won't have to waste your time backtracking to the Holy Mountain to tweak your wand.

This is great and adds a bit of fun instead of feeling like scum when I cheatgui TWWE after missing the 10th teleport bolt into the trigger-box... Love this game

A agree with Scientistknight a option to make Scott drop TWWE makes this mod a little less op

tags in the workshop.xml file should not have a space after the comma, this makes the workshop fail to recognise those tags as it will read them as having a space before the tag, you can see this in how this steam page displays the first tag separately from the invalid ones, just a heads up o/

to fix you just gotta remove the space after the comma, so something like "gameplay,perks,tweaks"

Love this! Love mods which make things easier without just straight up gifting you advantages for free. This is a great middle ground!

will the perk still appear in the next holy mountains, or will it be removed from the pool?
