Boss Cooldown Timer + Changes Reupload

Ever wondered how much longer until you can fight a boss again?

This mod introduces a minimalistic, moveable widget into the Galaxy Map that will track cooldowns for pre-barrier bosses in real time. When the time expires, an immersion-friendly alert message will hint that you can go look for the refreshed boss again.

Additionally, the legacy timer behavior for the first two progression bosses is functionally removed and replaced with separate timers (both 30m, like the original shared one) that are consistent with the later bosses. You don't have to wait to fight one boss because you fought another one.

This involves server-side changes and thus won't work as a client-only mod.
