Version with gameplay tweaks + "Human-like" Infected and survivor Bots

- Ragdolls disappear faster to improve performance! (they fade slowly so you'll still see your cool death animations!).
- cl_interp and cl_interp_ratio can now be set to 0.
- cl_cmdrate and cl_updaterate can now be set to 100.
- Lower AFK timeout (from 45 to 20s)
- No voting intervals
- No spray cooldowns
- Enables Pistol/SMG headshot wounds across all game modes.

incompatible with mods that mess with these: (obvious reasons)
