Made using a Cool Edit Pro script that was made by Jess Cliffe (voice of the bots) himself (probably)
It was found alongside unfiltered voicelines (and Rammstein solos(?)) in Counter-Strike: Condition Zero's beyta files (by TRS too!!).
Affects all of Francis's voicelines
Should work and sound without issues and without doing any "snd_rebuildaudiocache" or unpacking and "addoninfo.txt" shenanigans
Idk what else to put...
