Description
One Mod in a series aiming to buff Civilizations in the Antiquity Era which are weak compared to others. This time buffing Persia. The changes are designed for Multiplayer at Online Speed. In the future there may be changes to Traditions and Units. For now only the Main Ability is changed.

-Hamarana Council BEFORE:
+3 Strength for Infantry Units when Attacking.

-Hamarana Council AFTER:
+3 Strength for Infantry Units when Attacking. +3 Gold, Culture, and Happiness in all Settlements when at War. +1 Gold in Cities when at Peace with all Major Civilizations.
