Description
One Mod in a series aiming to buff Civilizations in the Antiquity Era which are weak compared to others. This time buffing Han China. The changes are designed for Multiplayer at Online Speed. In the future there may be changes to Traditions and Units. For now only the Main Ability is changed.

-Nine Provinces BEFORE:
The Capital and new Towns gain an additional Population with their first growth event.

-Nine Provinces AFTER:
The Capital and new Towns gain an additional Population with their first growth event. +2 Science for every Endeavor or Sanction with other Civilizations.
