[LF] Periscope UI Button

This mod includes my previous changes to the periscope, adding two connector ports that allow users to control other devices through UI buttons.

However, some users have reported that this change may occasionally cause a strange UI to appear during certain situations. It doesn't affect everyone, but it can happen — so please install at your own discretion.
