Despite having multiple modules for the HCL-1 variants, Helios and the Stino Corperation have yet to make a vehicle hauling module, so Shadow Industries decided to take matters into their own hands and created their own module for vehicle transport. however, not having proper authorization for the documents resulted in sending a drone to copy Stino Corp. documents in order for Shadow Industries to research and copy their designs and create this.
