carebear styled combine soldiers

Description
this mod makes all of the combine soldiers and metrocops look like carebears while keeping the colors same.
(except for the metrocop it uses the armband color) nova prospekt guards are also included.

note: this addon is mostly is an upgrade from a previous addon that i made 1 year ago.
-
credits go to daft robot for the models since i took them from bisounours party adventure.
