[VScript] Hunter Partial Invisibility Ability

Description
In l4d1's early development, the hunter had a special ability which allowed him to go mostly invisible while next to walls. This addon recreates that ability and makes it available to both bot and human hunters alike.

FEATURES
  • 90% invisibility when near walls, props, or other infected
  • Hunter bots can use the ability aswell
  • You go silent while invisible
  • Screen Fade Effect
  • Sounds for toggling invisibility
  • Survivor bots can't see you while invisible
  • Compatible with all gamemodes
  • Invisibility is automatically turned off when you're ignited, are too close to an enemy, or attempt a pounce

BUGS
  • You might hear cutoff hunter voicelines while invisible, meaning you're not COMPLETELY silent. (the only real offender here is the warning scream, though)
  • Survivor bots can still actually see you and even call you out (but won't intentionally attack until they realistically find you out)

"The Hunter has an unused animation of him hanging upside down. It is unknown how this was supposed to be done in-game, as no pre-release footage shows the Hunter doing this."

Manacat's code is extremely overengineered so a lot of things could conflict with it. I'm sure this won't conflict, though.
