Includes 2 variants: the static_prop version, and the snapped version.

Notes:
- I spent an entire day trying to figure out why the bones weren't exporting before I realized I hadn't changed the .dmx file the .qc script was trying to compile.
- The snapped variant has some weird issues with the normal mapping around the snap, and it doesn't look great when the pieces are fitted together, so I split the model into 2 variants. I tried to get it to look good, but I don't feel like spending 2 days on something that can be fixed by having a non-snapped variant.
