T-60A Trainer/Light Attack Aircraft

The T-60A is a twin seat, turbojet jet powered primary trainer with a secondary ground attack or interception capability. The aircraft is relatively basic, containing few systems, and designed to be simple to operate and fly.

Its weapons capability is intended to assist in weapons training, although it can be operated in a fighter/bomber role with only one crew member.

NOTE: only the front crew member (student pilot) is required to operate the plane, and controls most of the systems. The rear seat only gets basic flight controls.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Max speed (Clean): 140 M/S

Cruise speed (Clean, 0.60 throttle/26~27 RPS): 100 M/S

Fuel consumption: 60~70 L/Minute at cruise power

Fuel capacity: 1920L internal, 2x 400L permanent tip tanks (total 2720L) + 2 optional 280L drop tanks

Weapons:
-4x 20mm cannon armed in pairs, 400 rounds total
-4x hardpoints

Systems:
-dual-antenna Large radio with basic direction finding capability
-intercom (may or may not work tbh, let me know in comments)
-cockpit heater
-emergency transponder beacon

CONTROLS:

Both seats:
-A/D, W/S, Left/Rright axes control roll, pitch, and yaw respectively while flying. Left/Right axis also controls differential braking while pressing the brake key
-Up/Down axis controls throttle
-3 toggles flaps
-4 toggles gyro auto-level
-5 toggles mouse aimed flight
-6 controls both the airbrake and wheelbrake. To steer on the ground, press 6 while using the Left/Right axis to differential brake.

Front seat only:
-Spacebar fires armed weapon (e.g. internal cannons, rocket pods, multiple bomb racks)
-1 launches armed weapons (dropping bombs, jettisoning pods/tanks)
-2 fires a signal flare if the signal flare arm switch is ON. Or load chaff in it if you want idk

OPERATION:

STARTUP:
-Circuit breaker ON
-make sure parking brake is ON (amber light)
-engine main fuel ON
-engine starter until engine runs
-wait for throttle to stabilise at 13 before releasing parking brake

FLYING:
-cruise throttle is .55~.60 (or 26~27 RPS)
-both seats have flight controls. but only the front seat is necessary for complete operation
-use mouse aim flight to assist in hitting targets.

WEAPONS:
-20mm cannons are armed in pairs using their respective switches. Spacebar to fire
-pylons are armed with the pylon arming buttons. Spacebar will Fire the pylon (rocket pods, bomb racks, gunpods etc) and 1 will launch the pylon (bombs, jettisoning pods/tanks)
