Balance Update & Fixes

Runic Dome: Light restoration reduced from 5 to 3.
Burning Hammer: Light restoration reduced from 3 to 2.
Preserved Insect: The effect of this passive will now only trigger once, even if multiple copies are equipped.

All passives have been consolidated onto a single Equip Page for convenience.
