Blueprint: ShopVac

As you wipe the grit from your visor and squint into the distant sun, the realization sets in. Mining asteroids in the vacuum of space is back-breaking, mind-numbing, manual labour that leaves you feeling exhausted and alone in a space suit that smells of sweat and old farts.

And now, thanks to the Leviathan Corp., the job can really SUCK!!

Introducing the ShopVac Multipurpose Mining ship, a single operator version of the popular Kraken Mining Ship. Picture yourself cruising the galaxy with your feet up, cherry picking the best asteroids from the comfort of your operator chair.

The ShopVac has 4 refineries, 3 assemblers, 1 arc furnace and 25 small cargo containers.
The Drill hose has 1 camera, 4 drills, 1 ore detector, and 2 spotlights.
Cupholder sold seperately...


Pre-Flight Check:

Lock the hose at the Hose Dock. Maneuvering the hose to the clamp is performed by remote and the Hose Dock lock should be on the tool bar. Once docked, lock *Hose Lock Connectors* to stabilize the ship & hose and prevent damage to both.


Using the ShopVac:

The pictures tell a lot of it, but here are some additional instructions for commanding the ShopVac:

I have named the groups so they can be easily recognized. Most are self explanatory (in my head lol)

*Hose Lock Connectors* - Make sure they are disengaged for using the drill remotes.

DO NOT DISCONNECT the ShopVac Connector! It will disconnect the hose and it's a real pain to get back on.

To transfer ore to the ShopVac: Lock the *Hose Lock Connectors* and the ore should then transfer.
