Flags of the First World War

Description
For King and Country.
Alright lads, time to die in an apocalyptic hellscape riddled with explosions and poison gas so that His Majesty can claim a few more inches of land in what once was France.
Someone approached me and requested WWI flags be added to the Standing Flags thing. I then noticed that there doesn't appear to be a mod that has a collection of flags for that war, though there are plenty for its more popular sequel. So I did this. I'll update the standing flags thing soon, just need to get some other stuff out of the way before I plunge back into the code mines.

Features
- Flags for pretty much every country that was involved in the First World War.
- Banners of said flags as well.
- Really hope I'm not forgetting any.

- I dunno man, Wikipedia? Several long-dead empires?

Zamn it. Sadly, no "small file-size" mod seems to have it, except USP flags and CWR II (USP's flags look like shi)

@Perkomobil It's a bit outside the scope of this mod I'm afraid, given it didn't exist until a decade post-war.

Could you please add Kuomingtang Chinese flag (present-day flag of Taiwan)? Officially adopted in 1928, so it's not too far off.
