Here's my recent attempt at modding—still quite buggy, but at least I managed to export it successfully.

The model was made in Koikatsu Sunshine, very basic with jiggle bones only for hair and breasts.


Known issues:

Foot deformation in NPC/PM mode, but normal in ragdoll physics mode

Poorly adjusted hand poses for NPCs/PMs

Weird-looking first-person hand models

Occasional eyelid clipping

The extracted model doesn't have a "sad mouth" expression, hence the "serious mouth" is used as a substitute.
