Extra Player Faction Mechanics

Description
Add some extra faction mechanics for Player Faction. Save game compatible. MCT mod implimented to disable one or more features and adjust values.

Function of this mod
  1. When your army enter a settlement, a button will appear near your army commander portrait allowing you to travel to any of your other settlement once per turn. The price of the travel will depend on the distance of the army and your settlement. Use MCT mod to adjust the teleportation cost.

  2. Allow you to revive base game dead factions as your vassals if they were not confederated.

  3. When a legendary faction of the same culture dies, it will confederate with your faction the following turn allowing you to recruit their legendary lord (including Toddy and Red Duke).

  4. Rank up all Lords and Heroes to rank 5. Use MCT to set the rank between 1 and 50. Set to 1 to disable.

  5. Lords and Heroes spread or remove corruption in their region and by half in ajacent region. Default value is 5. Use MCT to set the value between 0 and 100. Set to 0 to diable.

can you make the hero and lord extra level as a permanent campaign buff so it works with other effects that increase heroes and lords levels?

About mod being save game compatible. All options are marked as "campaign-specific option". I'm interested in fast travel only. Can I disable all else in ongoing campaign?

As it touches the same mechanic, I fear that it'll break my game like 2h in when there are first confederations and fallen factions :)

@LazyX7 im playing empire and my doomday is with the dwarf. okay so sorry it was my mistake but the revive options IS working but i just nvr confed with the other humans and the option was briefly there even when tod joined with me using another mods, and when i wiped out slyvana, the option was too also there, so i thought i can bring back any faction i want ltr in the campign but when i turn around, the option was gone. heck even the wood elves that got wipe out by the orks, those minor faction to revive them was not available when i took over their only 1 settlement, Laurelon forest. after i commented here, other provinces got the option to revive other factions, 1 southern realm and 2 orks. so the mod does work, but maybe it bugged out at some faction for a short moment.
