Stilwater [Saints Row 1/2]

This is my recreation of Stilwater[saintsrow.fandom.com] from 2006 game "Saints Row" and it's 2008 sequel "Saints Row 2".

Stilwater is a fictional city located in the state of Michigan. It is located in a lake (presumably Lake Erie or Lake Huron), on a two large main islands, which are separated down the middle by a strait known as the "Stilwater River", crossed by multiple bridges.
The city itself was based on a mix of Chicago, Detroit and other midwestern cities.

Your starting location is Saints Row district[saintsrow.fandom.com] itself (leave it "as is" or modernise it "Ultor-style" - it's up to player), as well as districts of Red Light, Chinatown, Bario and parts of Downtown and Factories (so you can build offices/industrial zones straight away from the start!).
The map also have places for Stilwater Nuclear power plant and Stilwater Penitentiary on their respectitive islands. The player could use them by connecting them to the mainland.

Temperate map theme.
Mass Transit and Parklife DLCs is needed.

Due to high ammount of trees this map may to long load on lower-end PCs, but i am don't sure.
