It looks like it depends on what map you're playing. This custom map for testing makes my scope reflect brightly. On other valve maps it's rather moderate, depending on lighting. Then on other custom maps there might not be any reflection at all, it's just black.

i disabled all my mods scope is still broken

I haven't been able to recreate it on my end. Mods conflicting maybe?

also theres a bug where the scope isnt red like the one in the picture
heres the error message

Material models/error/new light1 has bad reference count -28 when being bound

Unfortunately the files for the RPG on MW19 anims were not included.
