Essentially, what he's saying is that this mod, as well as the other beta weapon mods you've made, cancel out any other weapon's sound. For example, if I have only this mod installed, and try to use the ar2, its reload noise is missing. Somehow these mods break any other weapons that aren't of the beta weapons.
Hands like this won't conflict with these weapons because it simply retextures the default arms with different materials.

If you're trying to use something like this, it introduces new hands/arms models which will conflict with the hands/arms/animations in these weapons, resulting in broken audio and more.
TL;DR... Audio with default-hand weapon reskins seem to break. Or, at least beta reskins, maybe.
