For Rimworld versions 1.3, 1.4, and 1.6. The 1.4 works on 1.5.

I like that idea; I'm adding that to my to-do list. In the meantime, you can do it through the "make anything craftable" mod.

Do you need a stockpile zone right around where you have the rimazon installed? Cuz I have like 10k silver but it doesn't let me buy anything. It says I have no silver.
