M249 Dicks sound mod

Description
This replaces the gunshot sound made by the M249 with a soundbite of the waiter in Cyanide and Happiness' video saying "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥". My mod takes inspiration from this mod: (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=341602170).
If it doesn't work, open the console (~) and type snd_restart.
