Learning Desk

Description
A simple mod that adds a desk in the Production tab and the Learning work type to use it.

This lets you learn and train your skills easily in any start, no research required.

The learning rate is fully customizable in the Mod Settings(1x-50x).

@出来吧l皮卡丘 You're right — the DLL references were still pointing to version 1.6. Just pushed an update that should fix it
