this pandemic needs to stop im tired of these nextbots not having lipsync heck theres bones ready to be used and yet its not utilized so im here to make this come true

this was the final straw as i seen good ol Sephiroth here does not have expressions when i spawn in his head model HE HAD BONES ON HIS FACE why weren't they used? so im completely done with it and armstrong to oooh boy how much im tired of him also not lipsyncing

THIS MOD WILL INCLUDING BLINKING (except Armstrong) LIPSYNC (animations only) AND EXPRESSIONS

this mod will add's lipsync to Sephiroth armstrong and zeus and his decoy

add armstong start up sounds as a toggle able command
