(A fresher look of Kazegaura for Ultimate League S21 R7)

Fictional Track: WillPlus Morning Glory Grand Prix of Kazegaura takes place at Soaring International Circuit, a racing circuit that sits just outside the town of Kazegaura. It has a total of 18 corners—11 rights and 7 lefts—and features a short layout as well. The circuit began construction in late 2006, finished 4 years later, and has hosted the seventh round of FormulaVN since 2012. Curiously, this is the only race on the calendar that is being hosted at dawn.

The town of Kazegaura underwent a major redevelopment during that time, and the mayor of Kazegaura gave the green light to the circuit proposal by the circuit's main planner, Mochizuki Amane. Mochizuki chose the circuit location specifically to be right beside the coast due to a phenomenon that occurs occasionally above it, the Morning Glory Clouds. Citing from Meteorologie - LMU München website, Morning Glory cloud "is composed of a low roll cloud or often a succession of roll clouds, sometimes stretching from horizon to horizon. The clouds are seen early in the morning, most frequently towards the end of the late dry season from early September to about mid-November." Mochizuki Amane wanted the race to be different from other races in the calendar, and so she proposed the grand prix to be held at dawn to the governing body of FormulaVN, Shiravune. Shiravune approved her submission, and WillPlus Morning Glory Grand Prix of Kazegaura was held at dawn. The first Morning Glory cloud occurrence during the Grand Prix weekend appeared on August 23rd, 2014, at roughly 6:12 a.m. The racers and spectators, for the first time, were shown the sight of the beautiful formation of rolling clouds over the gulf. WillPlus Morning Glory Grand Prix of Kazegaura later became one of the most anticipated races in FormulaVN calendar.
