Half-Life 2 Footstep delay

Description
For some reason, when sprinting in Gmod your footsteps sound faster than in Half-Life 2, which also makes it a bit awkward when using player speed mods, since no matter the speed, the footstep rythm is still the same.

This addon is similar to HL2 Crowbar Hit Sound being just a simple script to fix a detail nobody noticed.

Script works better with a player speed changer.

Comes with a config menu for you to do your own stuff, that's about it.

my version of viewmodel lagger addon is little-bit slowed down, because original was too fast, but original addon credits goes to zamboni:boykisserSmug:

Some ideas I'd like to offer are:

1. Have it so people can make their own presets
2. Add more presets (For instance, one where the footsteps match thirdperson/leg mod animations)
