small edits of the military combine V2 NPC version

Features:

Spawn icons as the OG had missing texture icons for some reason? (Icons made by yours truely)

Shotgun variants and correct weapon codes designations

Randomized bodygroups script on spawn

Yeah...thats basically it...

Also DO NOT USE THE ADDON BELOW WITH THIS NEW ONE! just make sure to download this one only!
