2009 Maps Expansion Pack

Description
EXPANSION PACKS. They're cool, they're awesome, they're a fun way to add to a game and sometimes (including this one) at no additional price to the consumer! They're an absolute relic of "the olden days" back when games came on CDs for Computers. Well, nowadays, we have digital downloads, but we still have the classic maps from the days of yore to enjoy and have a blast on yet again.

There are TEN outstanding maps for you to enjoy in this expansion pack:
- cp_axle, a Symmetrical 5CP map set in a vast mountainside forest with a hidden SpyTech base nestled inside.

-----------------------------------------------------
- arena_blackwood_valley, a Standard Arena map that originally released as a promotion of the "Swamp" asset pack in 2009! (That's how we got Mountain Lab later on <3)
https://www.rotabland.eu/maps/map.php?id=7461
-----------------------------------------------------
- pl_borax, a fittingly classic-feeling Payload map with astonishing desert canyon terrain combined with a still cutting-edge layout!
https://www.rotabland.eu/maps/map.php?id=680
-----------------------------------------------------
- cp_furance, the bombshell 2009 Gravel Pit-style Attack / Defense map with solar-powered doomsday plans. Perhaps you've already played this one via Team Fortress 2 Classic? :)
https://www.rotabland.eu/maps/map.php?id=25
-----------------------------------------------------
- cp_mainline, a Standard 5CP map featured in classic competitive 6v6 seasons of old!
https://www.rotabland.eu/maps/map.php?id=32
-----------------------------------------------------
- cp_obscure, the outstanding 5CP highlight of the older competitive sixes world inspired by Badlands and Granary, with a snowy blanket to boot!
https://www.rotabland.eu/maps/map.php?id=9
-----------------------------------------------------
- ctf_premuda, the strikingly-beautiful Attack / Defense CTF map set on the Adriatic Seas. Its tight, choky gameplay keeps A/D CTF expertly in check!
https://www.rotabland.eu/maps/map.php?id=990
-----------------------------------------------------
- plr_solitude, a Standard 3-Stage PLR map not dissimilar to its contest companion *Nightfall*.
https://www.rotabland.eu/maps/map.php?id=707
-----------------------------------------------------
- ctf_system, a unique take on Symmetrical CTF that has the flag rolling around slowly on a gurney to prevent major turtling issues. Check this one out if you're a little tired of the "walk in and die" vibe that other CTF maps give.
https://www.rotabland.eu/maps/map.php?id=4659
-----------------------------------------------------
- ctf_vector, the runner-up to HAARP (yes, that HAARP) in the 2009 PLR & A/D CTF contest. Three amazing stages of pure TF2 goodness, with a tough but fair amount of chokes, and an amazing artpass that would make Hydro blush!

(The workshop doesn't support zip file uploads for maps so I just tossed Cat Tower as the "subscribe" thing.)

Credits are listed in the images for the download. If you'd like to see some of these maps in the official game, I sincerely urge you to support the official releases (especially the workshop ones)!

Please enjoy this!!!! I wanted to go for a "there's something for everyone" kind of approach for this one, and I really hope it succeeded. This one was honestly really hard to pull together, 2009 was really when custom maps were starting to hit their stride and I had to cut some ones that I wish I didn't. Either way though, I'm sorry for the wait; I figured it'd be good to have a break between major pack releases (yes 2010 will happen at some point). Blah, I'm rambling. If you got maps from 2009 you love, why not comment about them? Love custom maps! >:)

you might want the first pic to basically scream "go to the description and download the pack there instead of subscribing", the 53 subscribers tell me people do not read descriptions often :p
