Gerson's Arena (M.U.G.E.N Stage)

A stage made with the M.U.G.E.N stage template depicting the arena in which you fight Gerson, aka the Hammer of Justice, in DELTARUNE Chapter 4. This stage features DELTARUNE-themed UI elements and sound effects, and a dynamic background that mimics how the arena changes in the fight in the original game.

Known issues:
- Character HUD icons (especially from base cast) may look misaligned (this happened when Fraymakers updated their HUD, not sure how to fix it considering moving the HUD sprite also moves the mask).
- An error appears in the log at the start of every match. No clue whats causing it but it doesn't break anything.
- With 3+ players, the rounds may go past 2 wins (haven't tested how far it can go but i went to 6 rounds so at the very least its 6). Not tested yet if this is a general mugen stage issue or a my stage specifically issue
