Description
A stage based off of Jevil's fight from Chapter 1 of Deltarune.

Initially I was going to touch up the original stage but ended up just doing something completely different.
Here is the original if you prefer it.

I think that fixed it!

I played like 30-mins worth of matches and my eyes didn't get strained nor distracted by the background at all! Thank U for quickly adjusting it! :steamthumbsup:

I halved the background speed. Hopefully it is bit better on the eyes while still being chaotic.

Spriting and the layout are great, but the background is a bit too much for longer matches.
