Less Sad Night Owls 2

Description
Night owls won't complain about being awake during the day if their scheduled activity from 11h-18h is set to sleep (or 11h-14h if they are a quick sleeper). Imprisoned night owls also won't complain.

@Tyrant done, altho for the sake of simplicity it's only checking the 11h-14h for quick sleepers

Could you please do something for Night Owls that are also Quick Sleepers (i.e. the trait that makes them only need 4 hours of sleep)?
