When disassembling while using a powered advanced toolkit, you will obtain every bit present in the item instead of it being chance-based.

Note that, if added mid-saved-game, existing advanced toolkits will not reflect this change. You can tell if your advanced toolkit is the modded version if the "advanced" and "toolkit" in the name are two different shades of cyan and the look description is different from normal.
