Description
Description:
The Brittle Lantern is a small, configurable drone, suitable for defensive purposes. You can put your own turrets on the sides, vanilla or custom. It also comes with a modular Dock that allows for (somewhat) easy setup on any base!

Setup:
  1. Paste in the grid and delete all of the cyan colored blocks.
  2. Copy the Main Dock (center piece, dock with the pipe junction, timer blocks, action relay, and AI defense block) and place it where you want the rest of the dock.
  3. Copy the Extra Dock (left middle piece, dock with the straight pipe junction, single battery, sci-fi walls, and bathroom) and place them on the sides of the main dock, or anywhere on the same grid, as many times as you want.
  4. Extra: Cap off the ends with the decorative end pieces, if you put all of the docks in a straight line.
  5. Rename all of the Laser Antennas and Beacons, making sure that the same number is put next to each other.
  6. Copy the template drone for as many docks as you have and equip them with whatever you want (if you're doing the Gatling or Rocket turrets, replace the Conveyor Converter with a Conveyor Frame).
  7. Rename each drone from 1 to however many docks/drones there are. I recommend turning on their antennae and also renaming those, just to help mentally deal with them.
  8. Connect each drone to its corresponding Laser Antenna (tip, you can just copy the GPS of one of the dock laser antennas, and continue to paste those coords into each drone, just selecting the proper laser antenna number).
  9. Set every drone's Laser Antenna to "Permanent connection", no clue if this is needed but probably helps.
  10. THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! You are NOT done yet! Go into every drone's AI Recorder block, scroll to the bottom, and click on the beacon number that corresponds to the drone's number.
  11. That should be it! You can first test the drones by going into the terminal of the docks and triggering the Recall Timer (make sure to instantly trigger it rather than start since it has a 30 second cooldown). You should now see all of the drones start moving and eventually land in the docks. Congrats! Make sure to turn off all of the drone antennas.

Extra:
Confused by the setup process? Too lazy to fiddle with this frankly complicated list? Just want an example of what the final product is supposed to look like? Fret not! I have an example setup with 3 drones, 1 for each turret (that fits).
