Sometimes it helps but most of the time it just sends colonists on a wild goose chase all around the map meanwhile they starve, bleed out, and have mental breaks.

Hello Dark Daskin. That's an interesting mod.
So I created a mod " Smart Firefight_zh
" that adds a Chinese translation for your mod and published it on the workshop. Thank you for your contribution! Keep on keeping on!:dslike:

Oh good, no longer will they leave a single fire burning JUST outside the home area that continually ignites new fires IN the home area causing them to waste tons of time running back and forth.

Oh, I didn't realize that, you should put that in the workshop description. Thank you.

@Tyrant There is a checkbox in mod settings which controls automatic behavior.

Could you make it so we can toggle whether or not we want the automatic behavior? I don't want pawns leaving the home area ever by default, but a manually issued order that lets them leave the home area just to extinguish fire would be great.

@ThroatGOAT No idea (I don't have a suitable save to check), but if it works in vanilla within home area, it would work with the mod near home area the same way. Please check it yourself and report back if any problems arise.

Does this affect mechanoids as well. If not, could it? Lol
