Description
Whips are too cool to not have more variants of them.

I added 1 for each tier, besides 1, updated the current Stun Whip to have the whip latch effect, and added a "vibro" and a psionic variant that attacks Ego.

Yurl will sell each of them and tiered merchantss will sell their respective tier. They will dynamically spawn as well.
