Dubok camo for IPSF

Description
This mod replaces the IPSF military camouflage texture with Dubok.

"Dubok" is a tricolor military camouflage designed for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 1997. It was used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine until 2014.

This Camo looks way better then the Vanilla one in my Opinion. Playing Exclusivley with this mod from now on.

Hell yeah, if you're thinking about doing other camp swaps may I suggest swapping out Spark's weird teal camo with something more grounded?
